OCT 2026 NEWSLETTER

So much to report from TennisAlley right now! Where to begin ...

DOUBLING IN SIZE

Make room in the alley, we're adding on! Here's a sneak peek. The new building will be added to the original, and we're adding a patio cover. More room for gear, apparel, art ... and relaxing while Coach Bob or Coach Joey string your racquet. Still playing with paint colors. Ideas??

CONTEST WINNERS

Thank you to everyone who came out during our 5th anniversary fortnight in September! We had a free serve clinic, a storewide sale, drawstring bag giveaways, and a contest drawing for a free one-on-one lesson with Coach Joey. Congratulations to our winners: Junot McAbee and Fernando Corona.

LESSONS FOR VETERANS

Local veterans, you are invited for free lessons with Coach Joey and Coach Bob. These lessons are courtesy of a grant by the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1879 at Colorado State University. Need to borrow equipment? No problem! There's still space for this Sunday, 3-6pm at Rolland Moore Park in Fort Collins. (Come for any amount of time. And bring a water bottle.)

Send us a quick message so we know to expect you: 970-430-0739. Can't make it but interested in another time? Let us know that too. We'll do this again!

CURRENT SPECIALS

The Babolat Pure Aero is ON SALE for 25% off! This is a pretty rare deal, so if you've been thinking about trying this racquet, now is the time! Sale ends Oct. 15th. We have demos and a full inventory.

Babolat bags and (most) shoes are 30% off for a limited time too. We have the new Propulse Storm in stock in a variety of sizes, and we can order anything we don't have.

And have you SEEN our west-coast vibe apparel from Ace the Moon? We have a pretty nice selection in stock right now, and we're offering 30% off for a limited time. Here are some of our favorite items. I call these the "tennis graffiti shorts" (they come in a shorter women's style and a longer unisex style with pockets) and the "Play Tennis Live Forever" sweatshirt dude is ... Big Lebowski? All designed and made in Los Angeles.

COOL SHOUT-OUT

Did you happen to catch the cool shout-out we got from A.J. Chabria on the At the Net Podcast? The story started with a visit from Craig "C.B." Bell, who is A.J.'s co-host and collaborator on the show. (Craig is our Adidas rep—yes! stay tuned for Barricades and more at TennisAlley.) Craig was crazy about the upcycled vintage head cover bags we brought in from France, and he brought some back for A.J. They were a HIT! Check it out here ... and follow these guys on Instagram or other platforms for incredibly interesting tennis content. They'll be doing a full feature of TennisAlley after our addition is complete. In person? Fingers crossed!

STRINGING FROM LAC

To our friends in the Longmont area ... Coach Joey is offering stringing service and other racquet maintenance through the Longmont Athletic Club. Just drop off your racquet at the front desk, and he'll take it from there. Questions? Message Joey at 970-646-8283.

LOVELAND TENNIS TOURNAMENT

Big thanks to Taylor Nguyen and Kelsey Keene for including us in the North Lake Invitational in September. They always do an excellent job, as you can tell by the hundreds of happy tennis players!

GOT IDEAS?

Making breakfast for tournament players is always a fun challenge for us. Sometimes we do granola with fruit and yogurt, or fresh bagels from a local baker ... one time we even did a big breakfast salad. We'd love your tennis breakfast ideas (and recipes). What do you like to eat before or after an early match ... and/or what's your go-to recipe for a crowd? Comment on the post or email us. You could win a bagel toast plate!

THANK YOU!

Thanks for sharing in the fun with us. If you want to update any of your contact information with us, or tell us the best way to share news with you, please email us at TennisAlleyLoveland@gmail.com. We'd also love to have your birthday month on file, and your mailing address.
